Yes, each dealer gets exclusive territory rights defined in the franchise agreement. No other same-brand dealer will be appointed in your designated area.
The standard agreement is for 5 years with an option to renew for additional terms based on performance review and mutual agreement.
This depends on the agreement terms. Generally, for authorized dealers, exclusivity to our brand is required for commercial vehicles. However, certain complementary products may be permitted.
Minimum showroom area of 2000-5000 sq ft depending on the vehicle category, workshop area of 3000-8000 sq ft, adequate parking, and basic office setup. Our team helps with layout planning.
Yes, the application processing fee of Rs. 50,000 is fully refundable if your application is not approved. If you withdraw voluntarily after approval, a processing charge of up to 10% may apply.
